HelloDoctor HealthTech Limited is a Bangladesh-based digital health platform working to make access to verified doctors, primary-care support and healthcare information more convenient, transparent and affordable.

What we provide

HelloDoctor-managed online consultations by BMDC-registered doctors through authorised chat, audio or video channels, where clinically suitable;
HelloDoctor Network, where independent doctors can maintain profiles, publish general health information and receive chamber serial requests;
doctor discovery by location, specialty, experience and availability; and
support for doctor verification, booking operations, payment, consent, service records, moderation and complaints within the scope described in our policies.

Verification approach

For an applicant seeking a verified badge, HelloDoctor compares the submitted BMDC number and selected identity information, such as name and photograph, with the available official BMDC record. The verification scope and its limits are explained in the Terms and Medical & Doctor Verification Disclaimer.

Our role

HelloDoctor is not a hospital, emergency service, diagnostic centre, pharmacy or guarantee of a medical outcome. Doctors remain responsible for their clinical decisions and professional duties. HelloDoctor is responsible for the technology and operational functions it undertakes, subject to applicable law.
